The closure and devastated condition of Christian institutions in Pakistan cast a shadow of uncertainty, particularly on the aspirations of young Christian individuals. Witnessing the struggles of Christian people in accessing quality life and facing economic challenges, Rev. Sajid Masih decided to provide a broader canvas of opportunities for the Christian people of Pakistan to grow for a better life.

At the core of NCFP's vision was the belief that holistic development approach could be the catalyst for transformative change. Rev. Sajid Masih and his team of passionate individuals united to provide a supportive platform that would empower Christian people with all resources and opportunities to thrive.

NCFP has grown rapidly since its inception, becoming a thriving movement through collaboration with like-minded activists and organizations. Their successful initiatives include the launch of the St. Luke Hospital and research center in the peripheries of district Khushab, Qaidabad , 36,37 & 38DB Christian villages and more than 12 Muslim villages ,the most remote, underprivileged area, no proper roads network and moreover without basic health facilities ,which offers healthcare services to the local community and job opportunities. Every achievement strengthens NCFP, benefiting numerous individuals and families throughout Pakistan. The organization remains dedicated to supporting resilient and empowered Christians, providing hope and a path towards a brighter future.
