Dear NCFP Family!

🌍 Celebrating International Youth Day

August 12 is celebrated every year as International Youth Day (IYD), established by the United Nations (UN) to recognize and celebrate the vital role young people play in society.

From a Christian perspective, this day provides an excellent opportunity for a youth movement like NCFP to encourage and equip young people to become agents of positive transformation, guided by faith, courage, and servant leadership.

🙏 NCFP Youth Conference 2026

We are glad to share that on August 12, 2026, the NCFP Youth Conference was successfully conducted at Voice of Christ Church, Narang Mandi.

More than 60 young people from high schools, colleges, universities, and professional backgrounds actively participated in this inspiring gathering.

During the conference, Rev. Sajid M. Saraj shared powerful biblical leadership examples from the lives of Joseph, Moses, and Nehemiah, highlighting how God can use young people who remain faithful, courageous, and committed to His purpose.

He also presented a meaningful leadership analogy through three animals:

🦦 Otter — Adaptability
“I can work with my environment.”

🦫 Beaver — Productivity
“I can transform my environment.”

🦡 Honey Badger — Courage & Perseverance
“I will not be easily stopped by my environment.”

These three characteristics provide a valuable framework for Christian leadership and youth development:

The Otter adapts.
The Beaver builds.
The Honey Badger perseveres.

Together, they remind us that effective Christian leaders must be willing to adapt to challenges, build positive change, and persevere with courage.

🌺 Appreciation & Gratitude

We deeply appreciate Rev. Munir Shahid for his genuine dedication, encouragement, and support in making this meaningful conference possible.

We also highly appreciate the tireless efforts of Ms. Nabia Javed, whose valuable contribution helped make the event a success.

May God continue to guide and empower our young people to lead with faith, wisdom, courage, and purpose, becoming a positive influence in their churches, communities, and nation.
